What We Believe

We believe in the triune God - Father, Son and Holy Spirit - one God in three persons.

We believe that the Bible is the holy, inspired, inerrant Word of God.

We believe that sin exists in and affects every person.

We believe that every person will live on after death in heaven or in hell.

We believe that God loves the world and wants all people to believe in Him and be saved from sin.

We believe that salvation is a free gift of God, given by grace through the merits of Jesus Christ's life and death, his suffering and resurrection.

We believe that faith in Jesus is the only way to salvation.

We believe that faith in Jesus comes only by hearing the Word of God.

We believe that God creates and strengthens faith in the heart through His Word and the Sacraments.

We believe that God calls believers into His Church and into Christian families in congregations.

We believe that God calls us to serve Him and to care for our neighbor by helping him.

We believe in Christ-centered worship and ongoing Christian education.
